When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party practitioner — a physician (MD or DO), physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse licensed in Virginia and in good standing with the applicable licensing board. We do not guarantee that a practitioner will issue a written certification, that any dispensary will accept a certification, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or any specific outcome. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent practitioner, and program rules are set solely by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older, or the parent/legal guardian of a qualifying minor patient. Virginia residency (permanent or temporary) is required to participate in the medical cannabis program. Consult the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent practitioner's posted policy.
Virginia does not currently require patients to register with the state. Any state fee that may apply in the future would be paid directly to the Commonwealth — not to this Site. The telehealth consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
