Visits are with Virginia-licensed MDs, DOs, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners eligible to certify under Code of Virginia § 54.1-3408.3.
No one is promised a certification. Practitioners decide independently, and they'll say so when cannabis isn't a fit.
Appointments use HIPAA-compliant video. We don't store medical records or payment details.
We explain the program plainly and point you to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority for the final word.
